Director Video Review
FREE program for all of our directors!

Free Service offered to our Directors!
The Barbershop Harmony Society’s Music Department offers a free service to all of our directors.
Send in a video, VHS or DVD, following the below format:
- The video must be from the middle of the chorus, facing the director
- It must not exceed 10 minutes in length
- The preferred material is your contest set, at contest (if you District does not offer a videotaping service, please let them know you would like to have it at your next contest)
In return, the Music Department will review and evaluate:
- Your gesture
- Facial expressions
- Body language
- Identify whether or not your conducting meets your intentions
- General communication with your chorus
We will return the video to you along with a written report of our findings. Once you have had the opportunity to read our report, give us a call so we can discuss one on one.
Do not pass up this FREE service. It can prove to be invaluable to your improvement as a barbershop chorus director!
