Jerilyn Evans Professional Bio

Jerilyn Evans Merchandising Manager

Jerilyn Evans joined the Barbershop Harmony Society’s staff as Merchandising Manager in June of 2008. She is responsible for coordination and management of all merchandising aspects for the largest all-male singing organization in the world. In addition to serving as the primary contact for suppliers, Evans’ focus is on improving the service provided to customers of the Harmony Marketplace and expanding online merchandising opportunities. Originally from Michigan, Evans attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. While at UT, she appeared in several musical productions and was involved in numerous philanthropic events. Prior to her collegiate experience, Evans traveled with the international musical troupe, Up With People. Along with performing nightly shows, cast members participated in community impact activities and assisted volunteer organizations as a way to give back to the global communities that host them. After graduation, Evans embarked on a career in retail and merchandising. Past management experience includes: The Limited Corporation, Papyrus, and most recently, Once Upon a Child.
