Jenna Waters joined the Barbershop Harmony team in September 2007. In her current position she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Harmony Marketplace gift shop, as well as providing customer service for phone and e-mail inquiries. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in fashion merchandising and a minor in marketing. Prior to working with the Society, she interned at Parisian, assisting with sales and merchandising projects. She also interned with the Louis Palau Nashville City Fest where she worked with the festival committee regarding marketing of the event.
